You’ll join a sales team that has had very low turnover which is unheard of in the mortgage industry! You’ll have industry-leading marketing support. Our bankers are provided with quality leads daily from mail, live transfers, exclusive internet leads and other marketing tools for you and your Realtors. We have close to 50,000 followers across our social media platforms which we use to help promote our Realtor partners. Our unique Realtor concierge platform will position you as the expert in helping you grow your Realtor’s business while also providing them with buyer and listing leads.
Our compensation plan is the most competitive in the industry. We offer a base salary, not a draw, tiered commission plus bonus incentives for self-sourced business. This means the more you produce, the more you’ll be compensated.
We provide our bankers with a TOP notch transaction coordinator to assist with files from the very beginning. This gives our bankers the ability to focus time on originating and networking with Realtors.
Detailed, knowledgeable, fast and efficient processing that produces minimal underwriting conditions! You can assure your Realtors and borrowers hassle-free, on-time closings, every time! You also have direct access to the ops team. Processing, underwriting, and funding happen in-house so no waiting for someone at another location in another time zone for a decision.
