My husband primarily interfaced with Lend Plus and it’s lending agent Paul. He always had good things to say after interacting with Paul and he spoke extremely highly of Lend Plus. I heard them over the bluetooth in the car I immediately understood why he liked working with them as they were broing out together over the phone. All I really know about the process is that we got a great rate on our refinance that is saving us almost $700 a month. We were able to lock in a much lower rate than we had on the previous loan.

Our experience with Lend Plus and it’s lending agent, Paul Neuland, was outstanding from start to finish. Paul walked us through every step of the process, was in constant contact, and came up with the suggestion to lock us in at a low rate for 60 days. The rates went up but thanks to Paul and the team we were able to get the low rate that we locked in at. Even when he went on vacation he was in constant contact and checked in on the status of our paperwork and the loan. He made sure that he left us in good hands while he was away. The Lend Plus online portal was intuitive and easy to use.

Paul was extremely easy to work with and down to earth. He spoke to my wife and I in a way that made the terms of the loan and the process extremely easy to understand. I feel as though by the end of the process he was not just our agent, but also our friend.

As an Realtor I have worked with many lenders, which meant when I was looking for myself I was very particular. I gave Paul Neuland a shot and he hit it out of the park! Refi LendPlus, Diane Kim & Paul Neuland survey review

I had the need to Refi/cashout of my home to pay for huge amount of medical bills from a bad 2018 year. I also needed to use the cash out for repairs in home. Because of the medical bills/credit issues, I really didn’t believe I could get help elsewhere. In fact several other Brokerages & such Firms would seek my business yet after review, they turned me down.

But in came Senior Broker, Diane Kim with LendPlus & Diane did everything possible to help me get this new loan. It was extraordinary how much Diane & subsequently her coworker, Funding Manager, Paul Neuland. And also, they were out-of-state and yet I didn’t matter one bit!

At first there was a lot of “hand-holding” on Diane’s part, as I had extreme anxiety every time there seemed to be an issue or problem, but Diane (& subsequently Paul) attacked every concern & eradicated the problem! Again…it was extraordinary what all these 2 did to get my loan secured!!! These 2 also fought for me with their internal Superiors & such and they each spent a considerable amount of hours also talking it through with me-explaining & hearing me out. I suspect many times it was well past their shift & possibly on their own time that they talked me through everything. I have never received this high level of customer service ANYWHERE!

I can write many many specific examples of all this review contains, but I’m hoping this written review will be enough to give all those interested in finding stellar representation in this field a reason to use LendPlus. Also, If anyone is lucky enough to have Diane Kim &/or Paul Neuland represent them, they will be blessed & never disappointed!

I’ve been working with Paul Neuland on my refinance and I must say that he went above and beyond to make sure that my loan was able to close in a timely matter. I would like to share mine and my husbands experience with this specific individual at Lend Plus named Paul Neuland! My husband and I began our home purchase a little over a year ago and met him through our realtor. I cannot begin to explain how amazing Paul was throughout this whole process, literally from start to finish he was there to answer every single call, every single question we had. He was very thorough and made sure we understood this process of purchasing a home before we got into signing anything. When i first got in contact with Paul our credit was poor, he then sent us to another company to help us get it fixed. Throughout the whole 6 months dealing with fixing our credit with the other company he was still keeping contact with us. He gave us so much advice and he always rooted for us even when we felt like giving up and told us this was all going to be worth it one day! We loved his positivity and great personality. We then put a stop to the company and let our last items on our credit fall out of dispute and paid our Car loan off. Four months after that, February 2018 he ran credit again and he gave my husband and i the news we had been waiting a whole year for…we got APPROVED for a home loan ?? We began house hunting….we came across many homes and Paul pulled up a pretty neat app that showed what our payments would be like etc etc since we were 2 hours away from him and he could not show us in person. If we needed him to show us numbers on a certain price, BOOM within minutes he had it ready to present. He always had an answer for everything ! He is a very honest person, so professional in every way! After about 3 weeks in we found a home we loved and put in our offer immediately. After our offer was accepted we started 30 day escrow the next day. Paul did everything in his will and worked so hard with his team at Lend Plus to get escrow closed sooner than we expected and it happened!!!!!! Escrow was closed at 21 days, a whole 9 days early ? I would also like to add how special this process meant to us that Paul drove 2 HOURS just to meet us in person, to see the home we were purchasing and to be present at our escrow signing! Something he DIDNT HAVE TO do but that gesture showed my husband myself and our family how much this meant to him as much as it meant to us! Who else has had an amazing lender show up for their signing ?!?!?!? Yea didn’t think so! He went above and beyond !!!!!! Finally today, after the stress after so much signing we received the keys to our home? And we seriously could not have done this without Paul guiding us the whole way. We are thankful we had Paul by our side as he made it seem so easy with this purchase. We recommend him and this team 110% ! Again, thank you Paul for EVERYTHING you have done for us this past year. We felt that we have built a great relationship and gained a new friend along the way. You’re job title is “mortgage banker” because badass miracle worker isn’t and official job title ?
